Effective Catechetical Leadership in Changing Times

“It can be unnerving to lead others through change, especially when so much of it is new to us,” says Amy Spessard. Here she explores practical ways for those in catechetical ministry to find some stability, peace, and even spiritual growth as they navigate the changing realities of ministry brought on by the pandemic. Each reflection invites us to reflect on our roles while we learn a few new habits and rediscover the deep reserve of strength we have in Christ and our communities of faith. Accessible, prayerful, and steeped in the realities of parish life, this inspiring booklet can help catechists step outside comfort zones and feel equipped and ready to lead others to Christ in a changing, uncertain world.
