Churches and Re-sellers
If you are tax exempt, please add items to your cart BEFORE you sign in and choose the tax exempt button at checkout. You will then be prompted to either log-in or create an account to verify your exempt status. **Important to note**, the tax exemption status is linked to the primary email address of the church or re-seller account. Please sign in using this email address. If you experience an issue with the online order form, we invite you to please call customer service or contact us by email and attach your tax exempt form. We will respond as quickly as possible, normally within 24 hours.

Create an Account
To create an account, simply click on the “Register” button located at the top of the home page. You will be asked to provide your first and last names, e-mail address, and to create a password.
Why Should I Create an Account?
Your account will give you easy access to your order history, shipping status, shipping addresses and you can even create a wish list! If you see a wonderful new product, but aren’t quite ready to order, save it to your wish list and when you log back in, you can be reminded of all of your favorites.
Check the Status of an Order
You may check the status of your order at any time by clicking “Sign In” at the top of the home page. After entering your credentials, your order history and account details will be displayed.
Update My Address
If you need to update your mailing address, phone number, or name, you may log in to your account and edit your information by first clicking “Sign In” at the top of the home page and then clicking on “View Address” at the bottom of the page. You may add, delete, or update the current account information. If you need to update your email address, please contact customer service at CustomerService@BayardFaithResources.com.
Forgot My Password
If you have forgotten your password or would like to update it, please click on “Forgot your password” near the login button on the sign-on page. You will then receive an email with instructions to re-set your password.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer several different shipping methods based on the type of product ordered, where it’s being shipped from and where it’s shipping to. The total transit time includes time for us to pack the order as well as shipping time. If your order status displays as “shipped” and it has taken longer to arrive than expected based on the shipping method provided, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, always. Due to the unique nature of our products, some items such as dated, reproducible, or customized items may not be returnable. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Service by calling toll free 1-833-865-7819. Returnable merchandise must be in salable condition, have a Return Authorization Number assigned to it, and be mailed to: Bayard, Inc., 1564 Fencorp Dr., Fenton, MO 63026.
